RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY GENERAL POLICY
At KNOTIFY, every piece is created with precision, individuality, and elevated craftsmanship. If for any reason You wish to return or exchange a product, You may initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Returns and exchanges can be scheduled directly from Your shipping address, subject to serviceability by our logistics partners. In cases where Your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pick-up, You may self-ship the product to us. Shipping costs for self-shipped returns will be reimbursed only upon sharing the courier receipt or shipping proof with our support team.
There are no additional handling charges for return or exchange requests. If the exchanged product is of a lower value than the original purchase, the remaining balance will be issued as a KNOTIFY Gift Voucher.
All exchanges are subject to size and product availability.

SALE & LIMITED EDITION PRODUCTS
Products purchased during promotional sales, limited edition drops, exclusive launches, or special pricing events are not eligible for returns. Only size exchanges will be permitted, subject to availability.
As KNOTIFY follows a limited-edition production philosophy, certain collections may not be restocked once sold out.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
A non-refundable convenience charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders below Rs. 3,000.
If a COD order is refused, cancelled after dispatch, or repeatedly marked undeliverable due to customer unavailability, KNOTIFY reserves the right to restrict COD access for future purchases.
PRODUCT CONDITION & PACKAGING
All returned products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition along with all tags, packaging, invoices, instruction cards, and accompanying materials received at the time of delivery.
Customers are expected to take reasonable care of the products while they remain in their possession. Any product returned with signs of wear, damage, alteration, stains, fragrance, or missing packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Failure to return the product in its original condition may result in rejection of the return request.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
In the unlikely event that You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, You must notify us promptly through our website contact form or by emailing  customercare@knotify.in with clear images and order details.
Once the returned item is received, our quality assurance team will inspect the product thoroughly. Upon successful verification, eligible refunds or exchanges will be processed accordingly.
Defective or incorrectly delivered products are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be initiated within 3 business days from the date of successful return pick-up or receipt of the self-shipped product.
Once approved, the refund amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7â10 working days depending on banking timelines and payment gateways.
For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original source account. For COD orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or KNOTIFY store credit, based on the circumstances of the return.
IMPORTANT NOTE
KNOTIFY reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with the above conditions. All decisions regarding product inspection, refund eligibility, and exchange approval shall remain at the sole discretion of KNOTIFY.
