At KNOTIFY, we strive to ensure that every order is delivered with the utmost care and efficiency. Subject to product availability and successful order confirmation, we endeavor to dispatch and deliver all products within the estimated delivery timeline mentioned in the Order Confirmation.

However, certain unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delays beyond our control. These may include adverse weather conditions, natural disruptions, transportation interruptions, public holidays, or logistical limitations in specific serviceable regions. Delivery timelines may also vary depending on the destination and accessibility of the delivery location.

Please note that some remote or restricted delivery areas may fall outside our current shipping network, which could impact delivery availability or timelines.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges may be applicable as per the regulations of the destination country. Such charges, if levied, shall be borne solely by the customer at the time of delivery.

Shipping charges of ₹50 will be applicable on all orders below ₹2,500. Orders above ₹2,500 are eligible for complimentary shipping within applicable service regions.
